SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

Standard Shipping:

Expedited Shipping (if available):

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via [USPS, UPS, or FedEx] to ensure reliable delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Butter & Blush Beauty Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@butterandblush.com within 7 days with photos of the damage.

For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.


Address Changes and Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes to orders once they are placed. If an error occurs, contact us immediately at hello@butterandblush.com, and we will do our best to assist.
